We want you to be happy with every order from ForPlay. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Please get in touch as soon as you notice the problem so we can sort it out for you.
To start a return, simply contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue (a photo of any fault or damage helps us resolve things faster). Our team will review your request and arrange the next steps — there's no need to fill in any forms yourself.
Once your return has been approved and the item received, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, or send out a replacement — whichever you've chosen. Refunds are typically completed within a few business days of approval.
If you've simply changed your mind, please contact us — we'll always do our best to help where we can. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to the item being unused and in its original condition.
