Shipping Information

At ForPlay we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order, sent anywhere in New Zealand. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and all prices include GST.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes for some couriered items — please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days for most New Zealand addresses. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched we'll send you a confirmation email. If a tracking number is available for your delivery, it will be included so you can follow your parcel's progress.
